Waitlist Terms

These Waitlist Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the kordi pre-launch waitlist program. The waitlist is a single free tier: no payment is required or collected. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. (A paid "Day One Crew" early-access tier described in earlier versions of these Terms was retired before any launch; it is no longer offered.)

1. Nature of the Program

The waitlist is a free promotional program. Kordi points are promotional credits, not an investment.

  • Kordi points are promotional credits with no cash value
  • Kordi points cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or any form of currency
  • Joining the waitlist does not constitute an investment in, or ownership stake of, RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC
  • Kordi points are not securities and should not be treated as such

2. What You Receive

Free Tier

  • No payment required
  • 1,000 kordi points credited at app launch
  • Email notifications about launch and updates

3. Points Allocation

Kordi points will be credited to your account within 30 days of kordi's public launch. To receive your points, you must:

  1. Download the kordi app when it becomes available
  2. Create an account using the same email address used to join the waitlist
  3. Complete the account verification process

If you do not claim your points within 12 months of the public launch date, your points will expire and will not be recoverable.

4. Launch Timing

We are targeting a Q4 2026 public launch. Launch timing may change. Because joining the waitlist is free and no payment is collected, no refund terms apply to waitlist participation.

5. Points Program Terms

Kordi points are subject to our full Terms of Service once the app launches. Key provisions:

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Points may only be used within the kordi platform
  • RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC reserves the right to modify the points program, including earning rates, redemption options, and point values
  • Points may expire if your account is inactive for 24 months
  • Fraudulent activity may result in point forfeiture and account termination

6. Data Collection

By joining the waitlist, you consent to the collection and storage of your email address. We use this information to:

  • Notify you when kordi launches
  • Credit your kordi points at launch
  • Send occasional updates about kordi (you may unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your personal information. Your rights under applicable state privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data — are detailed in our Privacy Policy. To exercise your privacy rights, email privacy@kordiave.com.

7. No Guarantees

While we intend to deliver all features described, RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific features or functionality at launch
  • Availability of specific redemption options for kordi points
  • Point values or exchange rates with participating businesses
  • Continued operation of the kordi service

8. Modifications

We may update these Waitlist Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
