These Waitlist Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the kordi pre-launch waitlist program, including the Free Tier and Day One Crew paid tier. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Transaction
Day One Crew membership is a pre-purchase of in-app currency ("kordi points"), not an investment.
- Kordi points are promotional credits with no cash value
- Kordi points cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or any form of currency
- This transaction does not constitute an investment in, or ownership stake of, RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC
- Kordi points are not securities and should not be treated as such
2. Waitlist Tiers
Free Tier
- No payment required
- 200 kordi points credited at app launch
- Email notifications about launch and updates
Day One Crew ($10)
- One-time payment of $10.00 USD
- 2,000 kordi points credited at app launch (100% bonus vs. standard rate)
- Permanent "Day One" badge displayed in-app
- All Free Tier benefits included
3. Points Allocation
Kordi points will be credited to your account within 30 days of kordi's public launch. To receive your points, you must:
- Download the kordi app when it becomes available
- Create an account using the same email address used to join the waitlist
- Complete the account verification process
If you do not claim your points within 12 months of the public launch date, your points will expire and will not be recoverable.
4. Refund Policy
Day One Crew payments are fully refundable anytime before kordi's public launch. No questions asked. Simply email support@kordiave.com to request a refund.
Before Launch: Full refund available upon request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
After Launch: Once kordi publicly launches and your points have been credited to your account, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
5. Launch Guarantee
If kordi does not publicly launch by December 31, 2026, all Day One Crew payments will be automatically refunded in full.
We are committed to launching kordi in Q3 2026. This guarantee protects your payment in the unlikely event of a significant delay or cancellation.
6. Points Program Terms
Kordi points are subject to our full Terms of Service once the app launches. Key provisions:
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Points may only be used within the kordi platform
- RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC reserves the right to modify the points program, including earning rates, redemption options, and point values
- Points may expire if your account is inactive for 24 months
- Fraudulent activity may result in point forfeiture and account termination
7. Data Collection
By joining the waitlist, you consent to the collection and storage of your email address and, if applicable, payment information. We use this information to:
- Notify you when kordi launches
- Credit your kordi points at launch
- Process refunds if requested
- Send occasional updates about kordi (you may unsubscribe at any time)

8. No Guarantees
While we intend to deliver all features described, RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC makes no guarantees regarding:
- Specific features or functionality at launch
- Availability of specific redemption options for kordi points
- Point values or exchange rates with participating businesses
- Continued operation of the kordi service
9. Modifications
We may update these Waitlist Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
